Standard Hardware Warranty Terms & Conditions:

- » One Year Warranty (carry-in to IBSYS support centre) on parts and labour
- » First 30 days DOA, one-to-one exchange.
- » After 30 days upon purchase, faulty items shall be sent to manufacturer for replacement, this shall usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.
- » For mail return, customer shall contact us via support@ibsysbd.com for an RMA number for the faulty item and shipped the item with the RMA number written on the package to IBSYS Support Center in Integrated Business Systems, any shipping charges will be borne by customer. Integrated Business Systems will ship the replaced items free-of-shipping charges to the customer.
